Industry Week 2027 Terms and Conditions
By committing to the Mark Jermin Industry Week I acknowledge and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
Industry Week 2027 – Cancellation and No Refund Policy
By enrolling in Mark Jermin’s Industry Week 2027, the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds are acknowledged and agreed to by the participant (or parent/guardian if under 18):
1. Commitment and Attendance
- By registering and paying for Industry Week 2027, participants confirm their full commitment to attend all sessions on the specified course dates.
- Inability to attend any part of the course, for any reason, will be considered a voluntary absence. No alternative sessions or refunds will be offered for missed content.
2. Payment Terms
- All course fees must be paid in full and in advance prior to the commencement of Industry Week 2027.
- Failure to pay on time may result in removal from the course and potential refusal of future course bookings.
3. Cancellation and Refund Deadlines
All cancellations must be made in writing to: train@markjermin.co.uk.
The following refund policy applies for Industry Week 2027:
Cancellations Made On or Before 1st January 2027:
- 100% of fees paid will be refunded via original payment method or bank transfer.
Cancellations Made Between 2nd January 2026 and 31st March 2027:
- 80% of total course fees will be refunded.
- 20% of the full fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
- If only a partial payment has been made, the participant will be required to pay the outstanding amount up to 20% of the full course fee.
Cancellations Made Between 1st April 2026 and 31st May 2027:
- 50% of total course fees will be refunded.
- 50% of the full fee will be retained.
- If only a partial payment has been made, the participant will be required to pay the outstanding amount up to 50% of the full course fee.
Cancellations On or After 1st June 2027:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Fees are also non-transferable to any other Mark Jermin course, class, or workshop.
4. Additional Non-Refundable Conditions
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Illness
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Changes in circumstances
- Travel issues
- Withdrawal for any reason on or after 1st June 2027
- Exceptions will not be made on a case-by-case basis, regardless of reason, to ensure fairness to all participants.
5. Force Majeure
- In the event of cancellation of Industry Week 2027 due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), alternative delivery methods (e.g., online sessions) or rescheduling may be offered. Refunds will not be guaranteed in these instances.
